The Mongolia Chess Association on behalf of the Asian Chess Federation (ACF) and FIDE has the honor to invite all Asian National Chess Federations to participate in the 2025 Asian Schools Chess Championships and Asian Schools Rapid and Blitz Championships, which will be held from 24th (arrival) to 02th (departure) October to November 2025 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

The Asian Chess Federation (ACF), also known as the FIDE Asian Zone (FAZ), is the continental governing body for the sport of chess in Asia. It is affiliated with the Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE), the world chess federation. The ACF was founded in 1957 and currently has 44 member federations. The ACF is responsible for organizing and promoting chess tournaments in Asia, including the Asian Chess Championship, the Asian Continental Chess Championship, and the Asian School Chess Championships. The ACF also works to develop chess in Asia by providing training programs and resources for member federations. The ACF has been successful in promoting chess in Asia, and the continent has produced some of the world's best chess players, including Viswanathan Anand, Ding Liren, and Hou Yifan. The ACF is committed to continuing to develop chess in Asia and making the continent a major force in the world of chess.

The Mongolian Chess Federation is the official governing body for chess in Mongolia. It is affiliated with the Asian Chess Federation and the Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE). Established in 1955, the federation has played a pivotal role in promoting chess across the nation. It organizes a variety of events—including the prestigious Mongolian Chess Championship, which continually highlights the country’s top talent. In recent years, Mongolian players have made their mark on the international stage. Notably, Grandmaster Dambasürengiin Batsüren, the current top player in Mongolia and the 2022 national champion, achieved the Grandmaster title in 2020. Young talent is also on the rise: FM Tenguundalai Ganbat and others secured multiple medals at the 2024 World Amateur Chess Championship. The Mongolian Chess Federation continues to foster the game’s growth nationwide and elevate Mongolian players in the global chess community.
